What is ICIS ?
ICIS - Information & Contract Intelligence System is a suite of standard reports developed to support PCTs with business decisions. It has been developed to provide easy access to PBR data relating to Trust activity for individual PCTs. The style of ICIS has been developed to provide the user with quick navigation to relevant reports and provision for effective interpretation of the data, through consistent presentation and structure.
What is Discoverer ?
Oracle Discoverer is part of Oracle's Business Intelligence set of tools. Discoverer is an ad hoc reporting tool that allows end users to quickly create reports and gather business intelligence about information held within a Data Warehouse without a technical knowledge of system structure and procedural language. Discoverer Plus is the Internet version of the product. CISSU have reproduced the set of standard reports developed in ICIS with the flexibilty to run ad-hoc analysis against the CDS Data sets.
